The grapes carefully selected with pre-fermentation cold skin maceration were subjected to light pressing in a pneumatic press. The wine was fermented in small volumes, at controlled temperatures and aging with fine lees (lies), followed by a process of batonnage in order to better enhance the intense aromas and flavors of the variety, providing even creaminess and greater aromatic complexity.
A wine with an intense color, slightly golden and bright and aromas of tropical fruits and peach. In the mouth it presents a complex and structured fruitiness, with a long and elegant finish. An excellent choice!
FOLLOW-UP SUGGESTIONS/SUGGESTIONS
It goes well with any dish, being especially perfect with seafood, all kinds of fish and even oven-roasted meat. It is also a great companion for a wide variety of cheeses.
It should be consumed at a temperature between 10 and 12 °C .
