 An excellent wine with a deep, garnet color. It is characterized by youth and is slightly vinous. In the mouth, in addition to the needle itself, it has a lively acidity.
 
 FOLLOW-UP SUGGESTIONS/SUGGESTIONS
 It goes very well with all Minho cuisine (rojões, stew, rooster rice and lamprey) and all grilled dishes. Excellent to be served with cod and grilled fatty fish. It should be enjoyed between temperatures of 12 to 14ºC, depending on the time of year.
